Leadership styles to position raw milk collection centers in Tungurahua

Leadership styles are known as the manner of behavior adopted by those individuals who are at the forefront of a group to achieve a goal by maximizing the resources each organization possesses. Methodology: This study was conducted using a documentary analysis with quantitative data, consisting of 3 stages. The first stage examined indicators related to production, the next analyzed the characteristics influencing production, and the final stage utilized a survey applied to 32 collection centers applying various coefficients such as Cronbach with 0.865. It is established that the leadership style with the greatest weight is autocratic with 41%, and secondly, the democratic style occupies 34% of affirmative responses. Leadership styles are tools that provide the methodology to enhance organizational dynamics in Raw Milk Collection Centers in Tungurahua, as they present opportunities to strengthen specific aspects such as environmental sustainability and personal development, while capitalizing on strengths such as operational efficiency and the balance between participation and performance. Therefore, the implementation of strategies tailored to these preferences can significantly contribute to the success and positioning of these collection centers.
