Abstract

The martial art of Taekwondo is practiced and popularized through the training of teachers, coaches and teachers; It is important that the teacher correctly uses the initiation of the movement. To accomplish this, students are expected to be in peak physical condition. One of the basic structures by which the human body functions in a sports environment is posture, which is the main support for movement and human performance. However, for this research project, before learning the basic technique of taekwondo, the study of the posture of 9th grade students of basic physical education was used as the main evaluation objective. Based on the statistical analysis of the subjects, we conclude that this indicates that a bad posture affects the performance of the motor technique. It is clear then that students have had bad posture all their lives and this is due to a lack of education or understanding of postural hygiene. Therefore, most of the body deformations are caused by incorrect working positions such as sitting, sleeping and studying. Left untreated, they can lead to a variety of learning difficulties that can cause undue stress during the gradual development of a skill and cause physical injury while trying to achieve it.
