This article addresses sustainability and sustainability within the production chains of the poultry sector, where the importance of collaborative resource management in all the parties involved is highlighted, which allows reducing environmental, social, and economic risks, which increases the efficiency and effectiveness in the optimization of resources, to improve business activity and reputation within a market. Poultry production is essential in the global food industry, providing essential nutrients. However, it faces challenges such as global competition, changes in consumption patterns, the need for sustainable practices, and compliance with regulations. Adopting sustainable practices can improve corporate reputation and open new markets where current consumers positively value companies committed to sustainability, strengthening customer trust and loyalty. To carry out the research we relied on bibliographic references to support the criterion of what the sustainability and sustainability of the productive chains encompasses, so the conclusion was obtained that the implementation of sustainable practices requires overcoming several technological and infrastructural difficulties. It also presents opportunities to innovate and adopt technologies that optimize production processes aimed at a green and environmentally friendly economy and the reduction of environmental impact through its dimensions and axes. There must be balance in meeting present needs without compromising future generations strengthening relationships with communities and promoting a collaborative environment.
