Abstract

At present, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the generator of sources of employment and economic growth in the globalized world, so they still need operational bases for growth through strategies that facilitate decision-making, for your study the research problem arises: How to contribute to the economic growth of commercial SMEs from La Maná?, which involves designing a strategic management model for the economic growth of the commercial SMEs from La Maná, the research was based on the qualitative-quantitative modality, admits to applying different theoretical and empirical methods such as: inductive-deductive, analytical - synthetic and systemic structural functional, as a technique the survey was used, was applied to the population of the canton providing information necessary for the design of the strategic management model, which will boost the economic growth of the sector with effective and efficient attention.
