UTC Prospectivas keeps the call for academic articles and contributions open on a permanent basis. However, as a reminder for authors, semiannual calls are issued with suggested deadlines to ensure timely evaluation and possible inclusion in upcoming print editions:

• January-June Edition: printed in the month of January (suggested submission deadline: November 30 of the previous year).
• July-December Edition: printed in the month of July (suggested submission deadline: May 31 of the current year).

Articles received outside of these deadlines will be considered for later editions, subject to the journal's availability and the authors' notification and acceptance.
