Children's yoga and attention are important parameters in the development of attention levels in early school children. The research required the participation of 70 subjects of study of 5 and 6 years old, among them 38 males and 32 females of the Educational Unit "Ricardo Descalzi" which was measured with the evaluation instrument called EDAH test, allowing to evaluate the levels of attention and with a yoga plan for the classes of the schoolchildren of initial education being dynamic and entertaining for the students. The registration of the test was done in the first classes calling it Pretest and after 6 weeks of working with the class plan which included meditation, breathing and yoga exercises, we evaluated the Post test. For the procedure of the information, the statistical program SPSS version 25 was used. In which by means of the statistical analysis we obtained the positive hypothesis giving us significant values that children's yoga has an impact on the development of attention in school children of initial education
