Analysis and prediction of electrical consumption in a transformer with Fourier series
Abstract
Electric demand is fundamental in the planning of energy systems, and accurate forecasting allows for resource optimization and the prevention of failures in the grid. Time series analysis using Fourier series [1] has emerged as an effective tool for decomposing electrical load into frequencies, improving prediction accuracy compared to other methods. This study proposes to examine the performance of transformers using Fourier series [1], analyzing the influence of factors such as temperature and frequency. Filters will also be implemented to enhance the quality of electrical signals [2], contributing to the prevention of overloads and optimizing load distribution.Predictive models based on this approach will facilitate more accurate estimates of future consumption, improving the efficiency of electrical supply and maintenance planning[3],[4],[5].
