Evaluation of the technical condition of mining processing equipment with planned preventive maintenance at the San Joaquín 2 quarry of Mapeagre Cia. Ltda.
Abstract
In the San Joaquín 2 quarry of MAPEAGRE Cía. Ltda., the present extreme working conditions imply that the equipment is always subjected to wear and deterioration of its useful life, so it is significant to have adequate maintenance strategies. In the present work the technical state of the mining processing equipment with preventive maintenance is analyzed, with the purpose of implementing the alternative maintenance system, for which the negative factors influencing the efficient operation of the equipment, the most significant being the inadequate maintenance system applied to the machines. Appropriate maintenance criteria are considered at the level of machines and elements according to the history of equipment failures and the impacts generated by them. As a result of the evaluation of the technical condition of the equipment, it was obtained that the equipments with planned preventive maintenance system reach an evaluation of 80,27%, qualified as regular state, reason why it is proposed an improvement in the cycles of maintenance and the repairs
