Resumen

El conocimiento es la base de los seres humanos, permite mejorar la calidad de vida en todos sus ámbitos. La presente revisión de literatura muestra los principales factores que inciden en las empresas, para que éstas puedan transferir el conocimiento de una forma adecuada. De lo investigado, se puede evidenciar que, para alcanzar una capitalización de conocimiento para la empresa, es necesario realizar una adecuada gestión de acuerdo a las experiencias, habilidades y creatividad de los colaboradores, tener la estructura organizacional adecuada, contar con la suficiente confianza de los colaboradores, liderazgo para que todos trabajen por el desarrollo de la empresa. Además, debe existir la motivación. La cultura es otro factor importante a considerar al momento de transferir el conocimiento; la tecnología y la comunicación son elementos necesarios para desarrollar un plan de gestión de transferencia de conocimiento para beneficio de la empresa ganando competitividad en el mercado.
