Analysis of control systems in multivariable teaching processes
Abstract
The present work shows the design and construction of a multivariable module for the analysis of control systems focused on the development of laboratory practices for temperature and luminosity processes using the Lambda method for tuning. Through bibliographic and experimental research, the schematic design of the conditioning circuits of the control systems for the fan and the incandescent bulb is determined, as well as the acquisition of data from the temperature and luminosity sensors used. The designs were made in finite element software to then materialize them on a board with the module as the final product for subsequent testing. Data communication between the software and the module was carried out through a data acquisition card depending on the programming logic and system requirements. Finally, the control of the processes can be determined having at the end the ON-OFF and PID type, according to these results it is identified that the system is suitable to be used in practices in order to experiment different aspects related to automatic control and their relationship in multivariable processes.
